Asian Pork


Ingredients
  • 120g pork fillet, sliced into strips
  • 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Chilli chopped (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • ½ a carrot cut into thin strips with potato peeler
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • ½ red capsicum cut into strips
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 40g rice noodles
Method

Pour boiling water over noodles and stand for 10 mins until soft. Drain.

Heat non stick pan and brown pork strips, then add onion and garlic and cook until soft. Add vegetables and stir for 1 min. Mix soy, fish sauce, lime juice and chilli and pour over.

Stir through rice noodles and serve.
