Mustard Glazed Veal

Ingredients
  • 120g Veal Schnitzel
  • 2 Tablespoons Tomato Puree
  • 2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon seeded mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon white vinegar
Method

Combine all ingredients, then place schnitzel in marinade for thirty mins

Heat a non stick pan and gently cook veal on both sides. Remove meat. Add remaining marinade to the pan and a ¼ cup of water to the pan.

Heat quickly to reduce a little.

Place half a cup of cooked white rice on plate and top with schnitzel, pour over marinade.
