Ingredients
  • 2 small skewers
  • 120g fillet beef steak cut into cubes
  • Moroccan seasoning
  • ½ red pepper cut into cubes
  • ½ green pepper cut into cubes
  • 2 spring onions cut into 1 inch lengths
  • cherry tomatoes
Method

Sprinkle Moroccan seasoning over fillet steak

Thread beef onto skewers alternating with a piece of cut vegetables.

Spray non stick pan with a little oil and gently cook until beef and vegetables are nicely browned.

Serve with ½ cup of cooked basmati rice.
