Chicken Moroccan Kebabs

moroccan chicken kebabs

Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon Moroccan seasoning
  • ¼ onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ clove garlic crushed
  • 1 cm fresh ginger, peeled
  • ¼ cup low fat plain yoghurt
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice

Process all the above ingredients to a paste.

Thread onto skewers the following ingredients, alternating

  • 120g Chicken breast, skin off, cut into 3 cm cubes
  • ¼ red Pepper
  • ¼ green Pepper
  • 1 button mushroom
  • 2 spring onions
  • ½ a red onion cut into 4 

Brush over with the yoghurt paste and marinate in fridge, for 30 mins.

BBQ or cook gently in non stick pan until cooked through.

Serve with ½ cup of cooked Basmati rice.
