Moroccan Lamb

moroccan lamb

Ingredients
  • 120g Lamb fillets
  • Moroccan Seasoning
  • ½ cup Couscous
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • ½ Onion chopped
  • Tablespoon parsley chopped
Method 

Sprinkle Moroccan seasoning over Lamb fillets and gently pan fry in a non stick pan.

In separate non stick pan, heat and gently cook onion and parsley until onion is soft. Add chicken stock and bring to the boil. Add couscous and remove from heat. Stir.

Serve with Moroccan lamb.
