Teriyaki Lamb Stir Fry

Ingredients
  • 120g lamb strips
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ½ brown onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
  • ¼ red pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 bok choy, cut in quarters
  • 1 bunch broccolini, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon asian seasoning
Method

Heat wok or non stick pan. Stir fry lamb in batches until cooked, then set aside. Gently cook onion, garlic and seasoning until fragrant. Add teriyaki sauce and vegetables. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring. Add cooked lamb, stir through, and serve.
