Heat a non stick pan and stir fry 2 cups of sliced mushrooms and cook, stirring for 1 minute. Cover pan and cook for 5 minutes, shaking pan occasionally. Remove lid and add one of the following:


1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar or
1 tablespoon of soy sauce or
1 teaspoon of mediterranean seasoning.

Stir to mix then remove from heat and serve.
